Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse or wear will not be eligible for return

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
The product must be unused and in resalable condition
Exchange can be done for the same product in a different size or an alternative product of equal value

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
